All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All Reikä components are made to order and shipped within 3-5 business days. Items are delivered via our dedicated courier service.


We will be in touch once your order is ready for despatch to arrange delivery date and time slot.

Every Etä Desk is made to order and your new desk will be with you within 3-5 business days. We will always look to deliver as soon as possible and you may find that your delivery is with you sooner. Our courier will be in touch once your order is despatched with a delivery date and time slot. Please see the 'DPD Delivery Process' section below for further details.


If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the UK and a premium rate will be charged. Please contact us if your order is needed faster than our standard delivery.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Damages / Missing Items

Please check all items upon delivery. We can not be held liable for any products damaged during shipping if signed for by the customer. If you received your order with damaged outer packaging please check the product before accepting delivery but sign for as damaged. If product is damaged, please notify us as soon as possible, but within 7 days to file a claim with the courier.


For any missing components, please contact us directly with your order reference and we'll arrange a replacement part as a matter of urgency.

Due to Covid-19, deliveries from all national courier services have been affected and may take longer than usual. 

If your delivery does not arrive on the scheduled day, please wait a further 48 hours and then contact us.

Offshore Delivery
Delivery to offshore or remote locations can take a bit longer (up to 14 working days) but our delivery partners will keep you updated along the way.

Extra delivery charges in Ireland. Please contact us for a quote.


DPD Delivery Process – Applies to Etä Desk Orders Only.
Your order will be delivered to your door within 24 hours of dispatch. You'll get a text/email the evening before to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. On the morning of the delivery, DPD will send you another text/email with a 1 hour delivery slot. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date, leave it with your favourite neighbour or send it to a local depot for collection. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the UK.


Return & Exchange Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
